When it comes to watching David Ross and Lindsay Arnold, Dancing with the Stars is a lot more exciting. They have a certain chemistry despite their vast age differences (she’s 23 and he’s 40) and the audience loves it! David Ross has kicked off his retirement by trading in his baseball cleats for a pair of dancing shoes in hopes of winning the coveted Mirrorball Trophy on Dancing with the Stars. Ross has been paired with professional dancer, Lindsay Arnold and the two have been working hard to perfect their moves.
“My life is as far from normal as I could ever imagine,” Ross said Wednesday on a conference call to discuss his new ESPN job. “I am in the middle of something I never thought I’d be a part of, and enjoying every minute of it!”
Ross added that he hopes people will continue to vote for him during the competition, and that after it’s all over, he’s going to be busy with his new job at ESPN, plus he’s got a book coming out later this year!
“But I think after the dancing thing, just because of the travel, getting back in the studio with ESPN and getting back to talking baseball will feel really normal to me.”
Arnold isn’t new to the world of ballroom dancing and she and Ross have had the best time, making the cha-cha look easy (and believe us when we say it’s anything but!) America seems to enjoy what these two have to offer to the competition and fans couldn’t be happier to see them move forward. Fans also don’t mind watching the beautiful Arnold tear up the dance floor, sending temperatures soaring!
